Designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning networks
The design of heating and ventilation systems makes it possible to design the most favourable conditions for human activity, the microclimate and the storage of products in production.
We elaborate this section of project documentation for various objects with any area:
1. residential buildings (flats, houses);
2. administrative buildings and premises (offices);
3. public buildings and premises (cafés, restaurants, schools, hospitals, shopping centres, shops);
4. industrial buildings and premises (warehouses, hangars, etc.).
The project documentation may include the following calculations and drawings:
Heating
A schematic of the arrangement of the equipment, the heating lines and their components;
A schematic of the entire heating system and an indication of the main heating equipment;
dimensioning of the heating circuits;
Bundling of boilers, heating boilers, thermal units and other heating equipment.
Ventilation
Approvals permitting design works;
An explanatory note specifying the main technical solutions for the ventilation system, heat consumption, installed capacity of the equipment, dimensions and energy consumption of the system, and calculations of the air exchange in the premises;
Layout of ventilation equipment in ventilation chambers: radial and axial fans, supply, exhaust and supply-exhaust units, silencers, air filters, air ducts, air heaters, valves, diaphragms, etc;
A diagram of the layout of the air distributors and consoles;
Layout of ventilation ducts, air ducts and other elements;
Specification of ventilation equipment, axonometric diagrams of the system.
